In order to gain the most from your treatment, you will need to take an active part in changing your future wellbeing by investing fully in yourself.
The first stage of the process will be a consultation, initially by telephone. It is important to gain a good insight into the specific changes you require, and as email conversations don’t provide sufficient results, the first contact must be conducted over the telephone. This will cover as many points or issues as you wish to tackle, so as to identify the areas of your life that you see as a problem and wish to alter.
From this, I can personalise the process for you so that you can learn how to make the necessary changes in your life. After this consultation I will estimate how many sessions you will require. Typically, clients will only need a small number of sessions, possibly as little as one of two. By using my experience and skills, the aim is to distill the process into the most essential actions required for you to gain a new sense of freedom and control.
There are many negative behaviours and habits that people wish to either stop or take control of, but it is important to remember that hypnotherapy is not a passive process. In order to regain your personal freedom and stop unwanted behavioural patterns, these therapies will need not only an open mind and a desire to change, but also a belief and determination to take on board the message and lessons on offer.
